It has been 7 years since Zaara was conceptualized as a dream project of our founder Mir Naqi Ali, fondly called Ali sir, whose specialization in Business Administration from the UK and vast expertise in training and imparting educational programs has brought cheer and success to hundreds of aspirants.
Mr. Ali is a motivational speaker, an educator, and most of all a very passionate LIFE SILL, ENGLISH LANGUAGE (IELTS ) instructor designer,r, and trainer. He believes “Training means CHANGE IN is CHANGE OUT.” His indubitable persuasive nature inspires and encourages people to realize their entire inner potential and ensures positive transformation in them. Ali is a virtuous self-believer and an optimistic trainer. This quality of his ensures all his training sessions and workshops are dynamic, energetic, result-oriented, and valued for self-development. Being a business graduate with a specialization in marketing, Ali is fascinated and excited about inter-relationship and relationship coordination, and that shaped his career as a communication skills trainer for over a decade. And now, Training is the purpose of his life. With rich corporate experience as an overseas education counselor and in English language training, Ali has thorough insight into corporate training needs and this helps him to dynamically structure and design all his programs to high standards. He is passionate about transforming people towards better behavioral skills, interpersonal skills, effective and assertive communication, Customer Service, Team Building, Public Speaking work-life balance, guiding people in managing stress and time, time and persuading them to indulge in creative thinking and innovation. Ali is an excellent storyteller and bidirectional communicator which makes his seminars and workshops very interactive, interesting, and useful to the participants.
