Hi Aswin,
If you want to get a job as a java developer, the first thing is to improve your coding skills. Be strong in core java concepts. Nowadays, most of the companies are conducting the written test as the first round of screening.
Some of the websites like hacker rank are providing us with the way to get through such coding tests. We can improve our logical thinking as well. Whatever the frameworks you learnt, it's not a matter because they may change more often an that to most of the companies are using their frameworks. Try to learn the fundamentals of web technologies(J2EE), understand the architectural principles, focus on design patterns so that you can cope up with any framework.
My suggestion to you is trying to build a web application (end-to-end) on your own. By doing so, you would get to know the difficulties while developing the app, and understand how to apply the theoretical concepts that you have learned all these days, in real-time applications.
All the best! Be confident, and you will reach your goals soon. :)
