T Narasimhas

I am certified in Ptanjali yoga. I began practising Yoga in 2004 and have been training clients. Since 2012 I have been providing offline classes at clients' homes. My clients have experienced many positive changes in their life after attending my sessions.

I have always been interested in growing my mental and physical health. I got interested in learning yoga. I want to share my knowledge and skills and help others stay heavy too. I teach Yoga in Patanjali style. My classes are conducted offline.

My classes are practical and structured. I design my classes according to the client's needs and help them avail themselves of Yoga's benefits. Yoga is a way to a good and healthy life. It has helped my students and me connect the body, Mind, Soul and Energy. I guide them to stay healthy and fit.
