"I had a bad experience right on day 1. Urbanpro voluntarily added membership amount to the fee confirmed by teacher without me asking for it. And teacher started ghosting post fee payment. I thought to have a long term relationship but honestly the platform is completely unreliable, better avoid. "

"You must think twice of deploying her services! At Rs 750 per hour if still have to share classes with three other students - it's utter " SHAME". And that too if you were not informed that the classes may be shared. Point 2 - there was gap of over weeks betweeb class just because mam is on vacation when the kids exams were happening - she should have told us before ? She was absolutely waste of time - she would ask students to write what is written on the screen and learn it - I mean without explaining why and what - she just expected the kids to memorise it ! Wow ! At times I felt she was herself referring to books for explaining the things. Despite mentioning her the key topics and support required for exams - she was not able to schedule her time on a regular basis. As a result I had to deploy much better tutor outside Urbanpro who got the course covered within time and taking classes on a daily basis - at one third price - and that too one x one basis ! And she was a wonderful teacher in comparison to Suvarna Mam. Zero stars from me for Suvarna Mam. "

"Excellent teacher, I was not able to understand French properly, but after her classes, I can understand a lot, she interacts with the students in the class a great deal, and clears any doubt that we have, she has a lot of study material for the students, if we have a doubt in the study material as well, she clears the doubt. I recommend Suvarna ma'am for learning French, or any language in general."

"The conduct of classes is very unprofessional. She is never on time for classes. At times she has scheduled classes and not turned up. Although the hours have been added to the total classes. She has barely done 3 hours of classes and is showing now 7:30 hours of classes. Her interaction during classes is negligible. She keeps making kids to keep making notes and whenever asked for any doubts on the written text, she has no clue. She tries to ignore or negate the queries asked by the kids. Her knowledge of French language is very shallow. Her accent on the language and vocabulary is very poor. I don’t want my daughter to continue her classes any further and want a refund or a better teacher. "
