I attended many workshops conducted by CBSE which guide us how to reach and fulfill the needs of diverse learners. An Inclusive, Collaborative and positive classroom environment should be created to promote peer learning, to encourage participation of the students and to cater the needs of diverse learners by using various methods of teaching as each student is unique. This is the age when children get attracted towards everything easily and are surrounded by various diversions . Grabbing their attention is a challenging task in the present scenario.
