I am a certified International Yoga trainer adept in Hatha Yoga(Completed RYT 500 hours). I did a 360 degrees shift in my career from Software Engineer to Yoga trainer during the Pandemic. I believe that Yoga is not about just performing some difficult Asanas but about doing regular sadhana of beginner level and intermediate level Asanas will benefit so much. I have been conducting zoom online sessions from more than 2 years.

The emphasis is on regular Sadhana. We do Pranayamas,Warm up,Surya Namaskar,Asana,Yoga Nidra and Meditation in our sessions.
