As fas as I understand your question, you seem to develop mobile applications for android and iOS using Hybrid technologies involving Javascript.
Due to performance issues and various aspects, many organizations are opting out of hybrid.
I suggest you take up ReactJS, which is a UI library focused on performance. It also has a framework, namely React-Native, which is dedicatedly used for Mobile apps. So React JS is the best bet you can keep upon.
