I have been teaching Fitness since 2012. I am a certified personal trainer from the QUEST Institute. My passion for fitness stems from my experience in the sports field during my school and college days and later as a cabin crew member, where I had to maintain my physical fitness to perform my job efficiently. After my days on cabin crew, I wanted to explore my passion for fitness further and started to train clients. Initially, I trained clients in Dubai, where I worked with many housewives aged twenty-five years or older.
When I returned to India, I started to train individuals at their preferred locations, including their homes, parks, or online. My training programs are not limited to any specific age group, but my preference is to work with housewives who are looking to take training on fitness one-on-one. As a personal trainer, I provide a range of training options, including Fitness, weight loss, weight gain, and cardio exercises.
I believe in practical classes where my clients can feel the difference in their bodies and get motivated to achieve their fitness goals. Additionally, I can provide an introductory video to my clients that gives an overview of my training methods and how they can benefit from them. Dietary guidance is an essential component of my training programs. I work with my clients to develop a dietary plan that complements their fitness goals. A balanced diet is crucial for achieving optimal health and fitness. I provide customised dietary guidance based on my client's specific needs and preferences.
