Which is the best course after B.com ,MBA F&M ,SAP MM Consultant level Training and having 5yrs exp into SAP MM End user ? 

Learn Java and go for Automation Testing in Selenium. Because products are going to be developed and there will be a need of Tester and Automating will be the next thing. Once you get proficiency in Java, slowly you can move to be a developer then architect and it goes on.
