I am very passionate about education and want to make a difference with my innovation, passion and collaboration. I always have a desire to have a positive impact on my students' progression and for whole child development.

I believe that it is my duty as a teacher to make students understand ‘how to learn the subject matter’ not merely deliver the class material. I avoid ‘ spoon feeding ’ the knowledge, however try to motivate and guide the students to learn more. I als believe in Engaging and empowering globally minded, confident learners to reach their utmost potential in an active and respectful learning community

Below is the structured methodology and approach in teaching I adopt in my class frequently using IB learner profile attributes:

Knowledgeable teacher- gauge a student's prior knowledge, then carefully orchestrate cues, classroom activities, and probing questions to push students to higher levels of understanding.

Rewarding/ Caring teacher- motivates students to learn and imbibe concepts in order to encourage them to have an inclination to learning which will provide values in their futures and inclined to be Principled

Questioning teacher (Reflective)- repeatedly ask questions to help them clarify their own deepest thoughts and become inquirers and thinkers

Student-centered - My philosophy is more focused on individual needs, contemporary relevance, and preparing students for a changing future, helping students realize their individuality. Progressivism, social reconstructionism, and existentialism place the learner at the center of the educational process: Students and teachers should work together on determining what should be learned and how best to learn it.
