I believe in the truth that physical training is no more than brushing one’s teeth. The exercise should be part of our daily routine, same as we do brush our teeth. I also believe that, stronger the body the stronger will be one’s brain/mind. The body & mind are fully interconnected. I will be applying practical and scientific knowledge to work in a variety of fitness facilities through research oriented, creative and effective teaching skills to help people experience a safe, systematic, effective and precise workout routines. I focus on continual lifelong learning as I work towards enhancing the well-being of my clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life. I will help them transform their quality of life through active participation in regular fitness activities and the integration of guided fitness programs, to make their health goals become a reality, in a caring, fun, and dynamic environment.
