I am having 30 years of experience in sales and marketing administration, team motivation, Team training, Coordination and Liaison work. In my career I was entrusted with three important assignments in three different divisions.They are para banking, consumer products, and Housing and Infrastructure divisions in the same organization.In all these assignments I reached the goals and completed the work schedules as per the objectives of the top management.
I always believe knowledge is power and organizational interest is supreme.Self confidence mingled with knowledge can do wonders.Apart from all these things life knowledge is more important. Business management/development, sales/marketing solely depends on human management. Therefore, in my opinion business management is nothing, but human management.I developed my skills towards this direction and even after retirement I get calls and emails from my friends and colleagues requesting me to share their problems and offer some solutions. I love people to motivate and if they take a leap forward I am the first person to be happy in this world.
