I have an experience of 4yrs as a gym trainer and also I trained more than 100+ people, I have worked as a trainer in Mr.world fitness center Mothesham and also Life fitness center lingampally, BHEL. Yes I don’t hold a trainer certificate but I have learned and earned enough knowledge on how to perform the exercises their postures and also how to interact with various kinds of clients . Not only that, but also not every person can perform all the exercises there might be some limitations according to the client’s medical histories so I take all those in count and plan the exercises accordingly. I have trained various clients with post-pregnancy weight loss, spine related injuries, diabetic, cardiac issues related clients etc
