I have no idea on BA before joining the course as I was totally into development side, Nikki helped me to understand different types of documents like FRS, SRS, BRS, BRD, non-functional documents, requirement traceability matric and methodologies like Agile scrum, waterfall. in a deep understanding of Use case scenario, problem statement, SWOT analysis. Basics of project management and all project management areas, change management process, basics of quality Assurance software training, UML training.
