With a career spanning several decades in gymnastics and personal training, I have built a reputation as a highly skilled coach and trainer. I began my journey in the field in 1997, completing my Class 12 education and diving into the world of gymnastics. Since then, I have dedicated myself to honing my skills and sharing my expertise with others.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of training a wide range of students, including Telugu industry actors and aspiring gymnasts. My training began at the Rocker Gymnastic Center in Miyapur, where I spent 7 years developing a strong foundation in gymnastics and personal training. During this time, I trained 70 to 80 students, many of whom have gone on to achieve significant success in national tournaments.

My experience extends to competitive gymnastics as well, having competed in junior and senior national championships. This competitive background has given me invaluable insights into the demands of high-level gymnastics and the strategies required to excel. As a team coach for Telangana, I have been actively involved in preparing athletes for national junior and senior championships, contributing to their growth and success in the sport.

In addition to my competitive and coaching roles, I have also trained students at Sadhu International School. My commitment to nurturing young talent is evident in the numerous national gymnast medals, including gold, silver, and bronze, that my students have won from 2012 to 2013. This achievement underscores my dedication to fostering excellence and guiding athletes to their full potential.

My training sessions are conducted offline, lasting 1 hour, and focus on practical, hands-on experience. Each session is designed to provide athletes with the skills, techniques, and confidence needed to succeed in gymnastics. Although I do not use additional materials such as notes or specific equipment, my training approach is centered on personal attention and customized instruction.

Overall, my extensive experience and track record of success in gymnastics and personal training reflect my passion for the sport and my commitment to helping others achieve their goals. Whether working with individual athletes or coaching teams, I strive to provide high-quality training that inspires and empowers my students to reach their full potential.
