I am a Kathak dance teacher (Nritya Visharada from Lucknow University) having experience of running Kathak Dance school and teaching various styles of dance. I am passionate dance, different forms, over the years I have helped many students and non dancers to overcome their fear of how to start dance and which helped them to get their confidence about dance. I have total dance experience of 15 years in various form like Rabindra Ntriya, Bihu dance, Dhamail, Sautali, lokanritya and Classical dance.

What is the right age for learning dance? My kid is now 3 years.

Dance is within us. A true dancer dances even from the age of 2.5 years even. Anyone can start learning dance from 3-4 years. For learning Classical dance form 5 years. But there is no right age it is always a right age when you want to learn dancing with a passion.

How can I improve my vocabulary, spoken English and stage fear? I cannot speak fluently. When I present in front of the crowd, I feel nervous and empty minded. I am introvert always. I like to remain silent. Any suggestion?

You know something, everyone feel nervous, believe me. It is just that people don't show that out. You should practice talking to mirrors, start communicating more with people, listen to latest English movies /serials/songs which will help you building your vocabs. This completely depends on your dedication and how much you take from the classes.Learning dance can be possible but certificate for Visharada not possible.
