Firstly, get rid of the deadlines. Fluency comes with time and practice. 1) Read (whatever you like, but in English) 2) Look for synonyms and make a habit of using them in your converations with people. 3) Make a habit of speaking in English with everybody possible. It is okay if you stuck at some point. Don't switch to another language amidst speaking in English, rather pause and frame the phrase in English and speak. It is okay if you make mistakes. It is quite easy. 1) Start reading (Whatever you like, but has to be in english) While you read, stop at the words that you do not understand and look for its meaning, then start using the same in your conversations with people. 2) Make a habit to speak in English with whoever you talk to. 3) Start conversing in English without thinking about the mistakes you commit. It is okay to make mistakes (grammatical), because only when you do, you'll know what went wrong and you'll be more careful the next time. And fluency comes gradually. So, be sure of being consistent. Good luck!
