My main goal is to help people achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthy lifestyle which helps in adding an extra 10+ years to their expected life span and live a life without fearing about any medical conditions or injuries to deal with in future.

My key skills are customizing the plan according to their availability of time, space and equipment. Form correction would be on the top most priority.

I believe more in strength training for gaining muscle, weight management or weight loss.
No matter Men or Women we should be understanding the science behind it and prioritize it over and above cardio activities.
