● Craft effective lesson plans with focus on improving the student’s basic skills of Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
● Prepare exams and exercises for students to improve English skills.
● Conduct Online classes on Zoom using White board, Sharing Pictures, Videos, Power Point Presentation (PPT), and PDF.
● Excel Sheets for uploading marks. Google Classroom for uploading and Checking of notes.
● Provide project-based learning, lecture and demonstration, audiovisual aids, and other materials to supplement instructions.
● Provide behavioral and academic guidance and individual help to students as needed.
● Participate in professional development activities like workshops, seminars, and conferences.
● Schedule and interact with parents and students periodically.
