It Depends. If you are looking to Automate a Developer task and you don't want to write more code, RPA would be a better option.If you are looking into Automating testing, Python would be a better choice.This is my understanding.

I'm a 15 year old "want-to-be" web developer. I've gotten over HTML quickly, and CSS as well; but JavaScript is by far obviously the hardest of all three. I tell myself sometimes that I will never be able to do that. Is JavaScript hard to learn?

But, once you get the flavour, you will be unstoppable. That enthusiasm will make you learn not only JavaScript, but also it's frameworks. Just keep learning. Never loose zeal to learn. Be consistent. You will discover it.
