Histological answer
Arteries have tunica intima ( endothelium , subendothelial connective tissue and internal elastic lamina), tunica media ( smooth muscle cells and fibers) and tunica adventitia (connective tissue layer)
Capillaries have inner endothelial cells and outer pericytes (Support to capillaries) and it does not contain above all layers like artery.
Every where artery has same histology but capillaries differ in different organs
A. Continuous capillaries: in muscles
B. Fenestrated capillaries: Git , kidney, gall bladder
C. Sinusoidal capillaries : in liver and spleen
Happy learning
