I strongly believe and practice in strength-based approach to increase the level of self-esteem and increase the student's responsibility for active participation in their learning.
My sessions incorporate more experiential learning activities, Yoga therapy, Art therapy, Music therapy, and drama therapy. I also facilitate workshops for teachers on topics related to special education, trauma counseling, promoting peace, interfaith relations, sustainable community development, youth leadership, and employability skills.

Hemender follow this rule patiently, he is very good at dealing with learning disabilities, anger management, he plans the sessions according to the need of the student and don't follow the old traditional clinical methods.
