I offer career counselling both online and offline in Hyderabad. My process begins with a psychometric assessment, where the individual takes a test, and I provide them with a report based on their responses. I then proceed to give them a one-hour career counselling session. During this session, I provide them with insights into their personality, strengths, and weaknesses, and guide them in making informed decisions about their career.
As someone in HR and talent management for many years, I have developed a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in different careers.
