IdentityFitness Freak is the brain child of Mr. Syed Abdul Raheem and Mrs. Simran Makhija. Established in the year 2007. Our training is based on members' needs. Strength and cardio exercises are deployed for weight loss, strengthening muscles, increasing endurance and body toning. We specialise in cardio workout routines that improve bone density, developing strength, more flexibility in muscles, weight loss, body coordination and burn more calories.
We help members assess their fitness level and tailor workouts to suit their fitness goals, health, age and lifestyle. We also assit with nutrition and injury rehabilitation. Our motivation and constant counsel to members help them stick to their routines, enusring results.
