Developed number of competency centers across major telecom projects with TechMahindra and other Fortune500 companies. Can take up projects that involve domain training as well conceptual knowledge.  Ph D in Physics IIT Chennai. Published 8 papers in journals and 3 in conferences.  As a systems engineer published 40+ technical papers with restricted circulation.  Good understanding of market requirements in new domains like M2M / IOT, Analytics etc.  35 years of experience in Aerospace and Telecom Systems Engineering. Published technical papers  Initial 14 years were with DRDL, Hyderabad with systems engineering responsibility for two of missile design and simulation  Next 13 years were with Tech Mahindra Ltd with responsibility to create new service offerings such as Modeling & simulation, Application performance engineering and Network services by setting up CoEs / CSUs. During this time developed a strong team of 400+ people. Published 9 technical papers in technical journals and conferences.  Subsequent 3 years with Infotech Enterprises Ltd with responsibility to create horizontal service offerings like Mobile Work force Management, Network Operations Center, BPM, Master Data Management etc. 1 year with Subex as CTO, heading the Portfolio and Innovation function covering Product Life cycle Management, Product Architecture, Product Engineering and Product Quality.
