Please read and understand the essential grammar book. And also practice speaking English so that you get doubts and you try to clarify them this, in turn, improves your understanding. Also, read English newspaper and books and also watch English movies. First, you may start viewing them with subtitles, but so you should get habituated to accent and vocabulary and start watching them without subtitles. Play across word puzzles. Also, install Merriam Webster dictionary it may come handy when you are stuck with the words.
