"A good teacher must and should have two essential qualities: 1) Deep knowledge of their respective subject area. 2) Genuine interest and passion to pass on this knowledge to their students. The biggest problem in today's education system is most teachers do not have either of these qualities. This leaves students uninterested in the subject and incapable of surviving in the industry after graduating college. My tutor, Bala, is an excellent example of a teacher who has both the above mentioned qualities. He has extensive subject knowledge and can answer any doubt you have. If you do not understand something, he will try explaining it again in a different method until you understand the topic. He genuinely cares about his students and wants to see them succeed and will do anything to help you achieve your academic goals. Similarly, you as a student should show equal dedication to your goals in order for this to work. I had 25 backlogs in college at one point and Bala helped bring that to 0. He also helped me explore career options related to my field (ECE) and create a career path for myself. I now have a good job and I enjoy what I do. If I did not have Bala as a tutor, I definitely would have quit engineering. I 100% recommend his tutoring service. "
