Teaching Experience in detail in Dance classes

Learning and performing for more than two decades, I consider myself a quintessential amalgam of a performer, teacher and choreographer. My distinctive dance style is an expressive and profound outcome of my passion, persistence and self –motivation towards dancing. My imaginative approach to dance has won several honors and applauds from dance enthusiasts globally. Refined movements through consistent practice and expressions that speak directly and in magnitudes to the audience have given me an opportunity to share stage with Vocalists Ms. Jyothormayee Kondaveeti, Ms. Chinamma Devi, Ms. Ramanavani. Nattuvangam - My Sri C. Haranath Violinist - Mr. Chakrapani Flute - Mr. Veeranarayana Mrdangam - Mr. Sudhakar. I teach students to respect diversity, various aesthetic dance forms and also to strive to preserve the authenticity and original grammar of Bharatanatyam. I always emphasize that, like other dance forms, Bharatanatyam too has its own particular attributes, expertise and place of respect. My students have access to specialized workshops where not only practical but theoretical knowledge also gets an equal weightage. I strongly believe in - Fitness of body is fitness of mind. To keep the body in shape and the spirit happy, I ensure my students do basic workout exercises. Instruction is given both in theory and practical aspects of Bharatanatyam.
