Key Responsibility:
Store Operation (P & L):
● Develop and implementation sales strategies to achieve sales targets, increase revenue &
maximize profitability.
● Driving store growth & profitability by monitoring and analyze sales performance, Inventory
levels, other KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve sales & profitability
goals.
● Drive sales productivity in terms of people and space.
● Manage inventory levels and implemented effective inventory control practices, including
regular stock counts, replenishment and accurate record keeping.
● Ensure cash & receivables maintenance & management and reconciliation.
Customer Focus:
• Create a positive and customer – centric shopping experience by ensuring exceptional customer
service.
• Quickly responding & resolving to customer complaints, requests and comments.
• Built and maintained strong client relationships to ensure leads, future business growth &
stores reputation.
• Organize customer meets IN/OUT store to drive customer engagements resulting walk-ins,
Brand awareness & Revenue.
• Ensuring the customer satisfaction & company standards scores are met. (Mystery Audit)
Team Development:
• Hire, train and supervise the sales team members by providing guidance, coaching and
performance feedback to drive sales & achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain a high performing and motivated team by creating/providing a positive
work environment, setting clear expectations and promoting teamwork.
