AIM: To demonstrate my passion for fitness, health and overall well-being .I wish to teach and train people to achieve their fitness goals and improve their lifestyle by incorporating a holistic approach to health and fitness through group fitness classes and personal training's.

I am certified yoga therapist, power yoga and ISSA certified personal trainer, previously i worked for reputed fitness centers Talwalkars, Ozone and Target fitness. I have 8 yrs of experience. I am good in dealing with over weight clients, back pain , diabetics and muscle gain.

In this 8 yrs i have dealt with different clients and helped them in managing their weight, get ridding of sever back pain, managing blood sugar levels even for some customers i helped to gain muscle mass and strength, toning the body.

Develop group exercise routines choreographed to music. Develop individual exercise programs for individuals based on age and fitness level. Special attention to the members who lag in group fitness activities.
