Maintaining a positive and professional image for the health club or leisure centre. Advising individuals on the correct method and use of exercise machines and devices including weights. Develop group exercise routines choreographed to music. Develop individual exercise programs for individuals based on age and fitness level. Special attention to the members who lag in group fitness activities.
