Its based on your interest or branch in graduation for suppose graduation branch is Mathematics, statistics you can go for analytics (R,Tableau), of if it is computers- then programming (PLSQL,Python,R), developer (Java,C,.Net), and if it is management go for ERP(Oracle,SAP,Cloud) Functional side etc. If your interesting is in creating new things then go for Mobile apps, IOT, AI etc.

Speaking Skills can be improved in below steps:
1. Start reading English NewsPaper and Articles/Magazines/Stories
2. Write everyday conclusion of whatever you have read atleast a page
3. Share the samething in english to your family or friends or yourself in mirror with recording
4. Listen to BBC News/English News/English Movies and repeat step 2 and 3.
Repeat all this steps for 1 Month
5. Now take any topic/interested topic/subject topic make a presentation and give a lecture on it.
