People are driven by their emotions. It is essential that we perceive emotions well as it gives us a clarity into how people behave and lets you take ownership of your personality. <br/>b) Communication - Communication is the key to a lot of complex issues. I believe communication bridges the gap between expectations and misunderstandings. Someone with a smooth and effective communication acts a brand for himself/herself in disguise (Especially during recruitment). <br/>c) Learner - As changes grow it is a prerequisite that you must also grow or be equipped with more armors in his quiver (grow in his/her skill set.
