"I have known the benefits of yoga but never practiced it. During lockdown I joined my then 9 yrs old daughter in yoga sessions under Anubhuti Dixit with small hesitation if she could train my kid or not nevertheless I wanted to give it a try. She was the first as a kid later on seeing changes in her gradually few others joined and now it's been more than a year. The changes don't happen over night but gradually we can see few changes in physique, concentration and grasping levels etc. I too joined for breathing sessions and I got relaxation from gastritis and insomnia. I feel yoga to be blended in our lifestyle for better health. "
