Advanced Accounting :- Partnership accounts, company accounts ,profit prior to incoporation, valuation of goodwill and valuation of shares. (in this subject we will cover patnership accounts to know what is parnership Deed, what are the main features of partner ship accounts. types of partner capital accounts i.e fixed capital account and fluctuating capital accounting and partners final accounts with adjustments. in final account we will cover trading account, profit and loss account and balance sheet .in company account how to prepair statement of loss account and balance sheet as per revised schedule-III. and types of share capital and debentures etc.

Corporate Accounting :- Company Liquidation, Amalgamation , Internal Reconstruction , Banking companies and Insurance companies. (in company liquidation chapter we will cover types of liquidation .in this chapter very important is liquidator final statements accounts. in amalgamation chapter we will cover what is the accounting treatment for at the time of amalgamation.

Income Tax :- Agricultural income, income from salary, income from House Property, profit /gain from business of profession, capital gain, income from other sources , set off and carry farwarded losses and computation of total income.
