I'm a Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher trained by Sadhguru and Isha Foundation. I've been through an intensive1750hrs training that has empowered me to teach Classical Hatha Yoga in its full depth and dimension, not merely for physical fitness and strength, but as a "Science" to address the immediate and ultimate well-being of an individual. Consciousness, being the epicentre of my work, I'm ardently devoted to subjects of Evolutionary Anthropology and Biology, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, Genetics, Nutritional Science, Ayurveda and Siddha, Integrative Medicine, Psychology, Philosophy, Astronomy, Literature and Public Health.

My proficiency allows a local to global collaboration with a highly diverse group of stakeholders - from Board Members to Employees of Private Corporations, Educational Institutions, NGO's, Senior Executive and Administrative Officers from the Public Sector, including Community Leaders. I'm also passionate about working closely with Influencers and Change-makers in a given society to create a transformative force and forge maximum impact. I concoct highly inclusive, easy to adapt, evidence-based well-being solutions to naturally achieve mastery over the body and mind, so as to come to a state of Health, Joy, and Bliss.
