As a dedicated yoga instructor, I bring a profound understanding of yogic science to my practice and teaching. I hold a Master's degree in Yogic Science from Barkatullah University in Bhopal, where I delved deep into the ancient teachings and modern applications of yoga.
My journey with yoga began as a personal quest for health and well-being, but it quickly evolved into a passion and vocation. Through rigorous study and disciplined practice, I have cultivated a comprehensive understanding of various yoga techniques, including asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and the philosophical underpinnings of yoga.
