Personal motivation is a basic necessity for our success both professionally and personally.

To me the success of my students has been the best motivation I could ever get till now. To keep my students encouraged, by fostering best teaching & learning practices in them is my biggest goal. I always focus on inculcating the best in them so that they may become independent learners.
Although I have been in teaching profession since years, but it seems as if it's now that after joining IB school, I have actually understood the real essence of being an educator.
While scaffolding IB curriculum and the expected skills to be developed in the form of different attributes of learner profile, I realised how these skills make active, compassionate lifelong learners.
Now it's been almost eighteen years that responsibility of teaching Chemistry and of DP examiner is there on my shoulders. After so many sweet and bitter experiences, I feel confident enough to pass on the learning to others. There had been so many wonderful people who are really the best guides I could have ever got and thus looking in to the beauty of the IB world I want to be among these best guides and to inspire others to make learning a habit for best implementation of the IB program.
Taking these essences through the journey of mine makes me deal with students in much sensible and easy to understand approach. I first of all go to the level of the students, understand them and then slowly and steady make their level rise. Ultimately making them ready with the tool box to fight the odds.
