This is the most important phase of learning in students Life as he/she will be facing board exam for the first time in their schooling education. Mathematics being a difficult subject to many students as they might be facing an issue of poor basics or not understand the subject as they don't have a proper pre-requisite from their lower classes. As many students hesitate to ask questions in their school and get struck with the solution and develop a sence of hatredness towards the subject. So, what was my strategy of teaching students was to go to their level of understanding the subject and help them to understand the concept behind the solution and where the mistakes have been done. By being friendly to the students and making them comfortable in asking doubts and patiently working with them. With my experience I believe the students need to be motivated regularly and properly evaluation of their understanding has to be tested on regular basis. Hence, I am satisfied for making their learning journey more enjoyable and build their confidence to the next level. I do prefer one to one teaching as we can work to the specific problems of the student and make him better. I am very exited to work with your institution and get mutually benefitted.
