I always make it a point that a child should understand the concept clearly so that he or she can develop application knowledge. Obviously the subject is more theoretical, but I believe that it is us teachers who can make the learning more desirable for the students. If they start liking the subject they do well without even getting stressed. My ultimate motto is always to create a learning environment more desirable and to impart the subject knowledge to the students. Deep Learning is more important than based on exam point of view. My teaching objective is inquiry based and there should be a maximum learning outcome. I follow the conservative chalk and board method which is a foolproof methodology.
