I get lot requests from my friends on how to improve English and I always answer in the same way. There are some basic rules which are to be followed, which we generally ignore and forget. REMEMBER- English is just a language just like Hindi, Kannada, Telugu. So on. So speak it, FIND an environment in which you can speak your language. Close friends, teachers, parents, brother or sister. Watch English Indian NEWS channels, Translate it in your mother tongue then again speak out the translated matter in your mind in English just like the anchors in the TV. LISTEN to all India radio news. The same news will be repeated in three different languages and you will be understand how exactly English has to be spoken and how the matter is expressed, which words to use. READ-Take a news paper go to a silent place and read out loud, this will encourage you to get rid of the fear and automatically builds confidence.If you are not able to find a peaceful place take a headphone play a heavy music song and read the news paper loud. If possible try to record how you sound with and without music. And finally- We learn any language by first listening then speaking after this learning how to write and then read. Please think how you learned to speak as a baby. When it comes to English first we learn how to write, read, And then speak hardy ever listen. A total reversal of how we learn a language. So there are Some Changes to be made on how to speak a new language. When we decide to learn or speak a language and find it difficult, just recall how we have forgotten the method of speaking a language from babyhood to adulthood.

Its a kind of surprise for me to see your question. 11th is all about basics and 12 th is the continuation of the topic based more or less on the basics that are learned in the 11th. For example if you have done conic section in 12th the basics of 11th helps a lot (analytical geometry). If you know algebra, trigonometry from 11th,your efficiency of solving problems of the 12th will increase.Though you can learn and solve any problem from 12th without 11th you will have to memorize lot of formulas like trigonometry and so on and you will not able to give detailed description of the answer. So please learn the 11th maths which is somewhat the basic introductory understanding of the maths..Since you are familiar with the problems of the 12th you may not find it hard to learn 11th maths. 11th maths will help you to resolve a problem into simpler form. Any complicated question can be converted into simpler ones through basic 11th maths. It will help you in solving the complicated questions of IIT, AIEEE and so on. Good luck.
