I have an experience of three and half years in a private school,were I handled LP,UP and HS sections , 6months experience in 12th cbse (it was a temporary post) and now handling cs and communicative English in a school at punjab.
Teaching is my passion and in my point of view,a teacher should be the light of darkness ,should be like the rain of a desert .. Teaching is not just a job.It is a huge responsibility actually.One should love what he is doing and then only he will be able to give his/her hundred percent to it.He should be Passionate about it.Not only passionate but he also should be able to make sure that the class like the topic they discuss at the moment.they should love it.a teacher should be able to accept the changes and proceed with new methodologies of teaching..On this digital era,all are much more advanced than what we actually think they are.so we should be adaptive in as a teacher as well.and should make use of it in classroom as well.
I was able to make my puple speak English without any hesitation or fear.i was able to make them self-motivated and self-reliant.
