I have been imparting yoga training for many years. Trainee gets very good improvement having done it for 1 or 2 months only. People with illness gets relief in very short time. People with no medical history remain active, with ver nice flexible physic throughout their work.

"It was all going well in studies as my ward is in class 2 and but Narayan Sir is not cooperative when it's come in regards to class adjustments and all above he left the tuition without any pre information this is a very irresponsible behaviour. "
