"I have joined these classes 1 months ago and already lost 11 kg. I was very upset with obesity and because of this life was absolutely laziness lazy dull from and while working all day, I used to pay attention to obesit...y and neither did I like obesity , I took medicines and visit many places and other therapy but , I did not get any rest ,and i did not feel any change then I heard about naturopathy and yoga center hisar treatment I got100% Satisfaction and the best part is that the staff here is very good and cooperative. Environment of class is super friendly and supportive. Shyonand sir is extremely talented and by far the best yoga teacher I have ever had.. Yoga, anyway, helps to take not only physical but emotional and mental health also to next level. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this to anyone looking for a sincere yoga class. " more

Aerobics

"I had an altogether different perception about yoga. I considered it to be difficult and definitely not something that I would go for. But I was absolutely wrong and it turned out be fun and exhilarating. Such change of... opinion was after I joined Shyonanda Yoga Centre. It is always said some lessons of life are always remembered because we were guided by best mentors. This has what happened with me. I have had such an amazing experience here that I can never forget. Shyonand Sir makes yoga so much fun and enjoyable that one can have experience of everything in his classes. He follows proper daily regime and conducts classes in a very disciplined manner. I felt a lot of improvement in my body. It's the best place for yoga and one will definitely feel a difference. " more
