yes but it depends on school to school. Also if you are able to handle two languages in class 9th. Because Hindi has also a very vast syllabus compared to other subjects and it takes time to learn it. Taking another language simultaneously can cause burden but it totally depends on the person who is taking. If you have the capability to handle 2 languages you can surely take it in class 9.
