Which is the best dance class to lose weight in Chennai?

If h want to lose Ur weight .....then just try zumba classes no need to join special dance class...

Can I Safely Enjoy Dancing While Pregnant

Yess .... Bt it's depend on the pregnancy month ....if u don't cross the 4-5 months of pregnancy u can enjoy dancing with basics.....

How To Choose Dance Lessons For Kids?

U should start with some basic stretching nd exercises.......when the child get the flexibility u can try any style on it....
