I was teaching mathematics to 10th grade students, and they responded very well. But the thing is, there was a good quantity of students which did not understand the basis concepts of mathematics and why something was true and why we used this strategy for solving this particular question. My goal is to build students which will understand mathematics by heart and not just get used to it. That is it what I am here for to understand the problems of students in these lower classes, to help them to develop higher thinking brains.

I teached mathematics in winter tutioning where I enjoyed this process and the students enjoyed too. Actually I was busy with my academics and the students requested me to teach them because I teached 2 of them previously at my home, so they actually did much of it. I think this is a very positive thing as my teaching feedback. I leaned their how to interact with students and make them comfortable in their learning process.

We ofcourse prepare first for the class, then we make some quizzes and tests for the live class but don't ask the learner to do it rather do these combiningly. This calms the student and he feels the other one is a guide but more like a friend and well wisher. If we give tests on live classes, there are students who take pressure of it at extreme. Give them tasks to do their own, at balanced rate. Students should never feel exhausted and heavl loaded by studying different things.
