IdentityMiss Poorvi Tonpay established her own identity with enriched talent in Classical as well as in Light Music. She has received her preliminary training from her Mother Dr. Ranjana Tonpay (Disciple of Late Pt. Bala Saheb Poochwale, a legendary vocalist of Gwalior Gharana) and also received formal training from Dr. P. L. Gohadkar. At present she is receiving advanced training from Dr. Ashwini Bhide Deshpande a renowned artist of Jaipur-Atraoli Gharana.

◆ Got First prize in Gwalior Trade Fair Baal Samaroh and Second Prize in Udbhav State Level Sugam sangeet Competition.
◆ Awarded as Excellent student by Bharat Vikas Parishad.
◆ Got Second Prize in Sugam Sangeet Competition held under Lata Mangeshkar Alankaran Samaroh.
◆ Awarded Khushal Gaurav, Gwalior Ratna, Gwalior Gaurav Prabhat Ratna and many more.
◆ Got First Prize in Akashwani's State Level Competition.
◆ Participated in various programs of Doordarshan, Akashvani.
◆ Won the Doordarshan Ke Sitare Title.
