I’m a yoga instructor and an Art of Living Facilitator as well.
I believe in holistic health and therefore teach the Sri Sri style of yoga which incorporates the teachings of Maharishi Patanjali. The class will begin with a shanti mantra, followed by a pranayama, Asanas, Cooling down pranayama and few mins of meditation.
Yoga se hi hoga. Yoga is a way to prevent the disease in the body and the mind and hence avoid the pain and suffering.
I’m also a Sri Sri Marma Practitioner. I provide a 45 mins marma session which is really really soothing and calming to the nervous system by gently stimulating some marma points in the body and unlocking the flow of energy or prana.
I’m also a Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner.
I’m also an Art of living teacher and certified to teach the powerful breathing technique Sudarshan Kriya in 4-6 days course to release stress, anxiety, depression and lead a healthy and happy life.
