Hi, I’m Biplab Deka, though many know me as Rudra (RD). My journey from being an engineer to building multiple successful brands has been nothing short of transformative. Being recognized among India’s Top 100 Budding Entrepreneurs and receiving the honor of India’s Prime Icon has been a humbling experience, motivating me to push boundaries further.

As a business mentor, I love sharing my experiences to help others navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship. Whether it’s about scaling a business, streamlining operations, or building sustainable strategies, I aim to provide actionable insights that empower aspiring entrepreneurs to thrive.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about blogging, traveling, reading, and podcasting—activities that fuel my creativity and keep me constantly learning. I also have a deep connection and understanding of spiritualism, dark psychology, and emotional healing techniques which play a vital role in my approach to personal growth and mentoring.
