The teaching experience that I received was a part of the 4 month internship programme I had done pursuing B.Ed. Honestly it wasn't so great as I wanted it to be. I had to teach in a state run govt high school and most of us know about the condition of these schools. There are fewer number of students who attend school and more so many students take a lot of leave. The teachers are not so keen on delivering their teaching and they do their job for the sake of doing. The school facilities are not up to the mark like it should be in comparison to the private schools. I came accross some students who are really bright but they have to suffer from the negligence of the teachers most of the times. If proper guidance are given, then they would surely do great in their studies. I had enjoyed the experience but at the same time I had a feeling of concern about the students as they do not receive proper education.
